We are looking for an experienced Quality Assurance Manager who will join our team - we are collaborating with an EU institution. The project is short-term (lasting one year) and starts on 01/01/2025. Requirements: Managing two teams of testers, overseeing both manual and automated testing processes. Developing and implementing comprehensive testing strategies using tools such as Postman, Jmeter, and automation frameworks with Selenium and Cucumber. Created and updated test cases using Jira (Sephyr). Providing mentorship and leadership to team members, ensuring high-quality output and fostering professional growth. Assigning tasks and coordinating efforts between the two teams to ensure optimal productivity and seamless collaboration. Authored testing documentation and maintained quality assurance for legacy applications. C1/C2 English.
