About the project

We are seeking a proactive QA Lead/Test Coordinator to lead and manage testing activities across 3 Scrum teams engaged in building a new loyalty platform, focusing on efficient test planning, coordination, and execution, particularly during the End-to-End (E2E) phase. You will work closely with stakeholders to implement a standardized testing approach and support decision-making processes to ensure high-quality deliverables.

Your responsibilities

Manage test planning and execution, especially in the E2E phase
Guide integration and automated test case creation
Drive and standardize the organizational testing strategy
Ensure clear communication of testing approaches to stakeholders
Oversee all testing activities, including bug tracking and fixes
Introduce and advocate for testing tools that meet team requirements
Review and analyze test results to provide balanced evaluations
Assist in E2E testing when necessary

Our requirements

At least 5 years of Quality Assurance expertise
Strong, hands-on experience in API/backend testing
Experience in test coordination, team leading or similar roles
Knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Solid analytical and decision-making abilities.
Very good English and Polish skills
Residing in Poland required
