Our Quality Assurance Team is looking for fresh blood – we’re currently searching for an experienced QA Engineering Team Leader to help us run the QA Team and build amazing products for startups and SMEs.

Your challenge will also be to make sure that our products reach the highest of their quality both in technical and business aspects,
You will be responsible for analyzing current technological trends and proposing directions toward which the company should go,
Together with the Head of Development, you will develop and execute a strategy for the team to meet the company’s goals and objectives, and to improve our current standards,
You will be responsible for the quality and technical approach taken by team members, ensuring it’s in line with the company strategy and lean startup methodology,
Culture is key, so as a Team Leader in the Quality Assurance department you will help to create and maintain a top development mindset within the team,
As a technological expert, you will support our Sales team in discussions with key customers.
4+ years of experience in Quality Assurance and testing in web and mobile apps (all-hands experience in manual testing is a must),
1+ years of experience as a team leader (preferably experience in managing in a matrix organization),
Knowledge of the best QA practices (ISTQB fundamentals or more),
Experience with testing API requests and dedicated tools (Postman/Swagger/Chrome Dev Tools),
Solid understanding of testing methods and techniques in Agile, you can be the one to improve the process in our company,
You need to have experience in leading, directing, and motivating teams to deliver projects with a dedicated scope and budget,
You need to be able to communicate at least in C1 in English – we work internationally, so that’s a must,
Strong collaboration, communication, and organization skills – we’re a team and we want you to be a part of it,
You should be an experienced leader, able to motivate others, understand their needs and individualism, and be able to connect company goals with people’s aspirations,
You should be diplomatic and tactful, with a high understanding of how new ideas are introduced and implemented, and how to manage the change,
Ability and will to share your knowledge with more junior members of the team,
Proactive attitude towards implementing changes,
It would help if you were highly numerate and literate, with the ability to produce a top-quality strategy and have the skills to make it work,
Attention to detail.
