Your new role 

To ensure the quality and reliability of our software products by designing, implementing, and executing tests throughout the software development lifecycle.
Identifying bugs, verifying fixes, and ensuring the final product meets specified requirements and standards.

• Establishes, designs, and executes quality assurance practices and methodologies, including test plans and test cases.
• Ensures the overall success of the testing process.
• Defines the objectives and deliverables of the testing effort.
• Oversees resource planning, management, and resolution of issues that hinder the testing effort.
• Ensures the appropriate level of quality by resolving critical defects and collaborating with developers to integrate sufficient testing into the software development process.
• Develops effective manual and automated test plans utilizing various toolsets.
• Conducts both black box and white box testing as needed.
• Collaborates with the development team throughout all project stages to deliver inprocess testing results.
• Organizes teams of business personnel to test, evaluate, and validate new functions and applications, identifying issues in software or services.
• Documents and presents testing metrics.

• Establishes, designs, and executes quality assurance practices, procedures, test plans and other QA evaluations.
• Creates automated testing systems utilizing commercial tools, scripts, and datasets. Knowledge of Selenium and Behat a plus.
• Verifies that all items adhere to the change management process and are logged and monitored using the change management software (GitHub Actions).

What you'll need to succeed 

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field or equivalent experience.

• At least 3-5 years’ experience working with a structured software methodology and software test experience as well as working knowledge of PHP used for test
  automation.

• Skilled in automating diverse aspects of products, encompassing the planning, development, maintenance, and execution of automated test scripts and libraries for
  regression, performance, and build verification testing endeavors.

• Familiarity with Scrum development methodologies and Engineering IT expertise, encompassing the management of development, QA, build, and automation servers.

• Regarding PHP: Familiarity with web technologies (HTML, JavaScript, CSS) and SQL, UNIX commands, web servers.

• Working knowledge of Docker containers and Docker Engine. (Nice to have)

• Experience with virtual machines. Familiarity with Git as a distributed version control system (GitHub).

• Demonstrated ability to work well with Business Analysts, UI/UX Designers, programmers and end users in a cross-functional team.

• Good Knowledge of Content Management Systems and/or Digital Experience Platforms.

• Possesses exceptional communication abilities, both verbal and written, and demonstrates a collaborative attitude with an entrepreneurial mindset.

• Capability to manage numerous tasks in a dynamic environment with stringent time constraints.

• Initiative-driven, self-disciplined, and deeply motivated, with a structured approach to work.

• Excellent English.
