For one of our top clients from the Fintech sector, we are looking for a Python Engineer. Min. 4 years of experience in software development using Python and AWS. This is a hybrid role from Warsaw (3 times per week from the office).
responsibilities :
Enhance and automate the firms reporting framework
Automate processes for data cleaning and processing
Optimize SQL queries for efficient data collection
Contribute to developing a robust and scalable research infrastructure, including AWS cloud support
Ensure live production systems are operational
Contribute to the firms open-source platform
requirements-expected :
Minimum of 4 years working in Python with production-level coding
Undergraduate or higher degree in computer science, mathematics, or other quantitative discipline
Experience working in a Linux/Unix environment
Proven SQL experience
Commercial experience with AWS infrastructure
Familiarity with GitHub version control and software delivery lifecycle
Strong quantitative and technological skills
Ability to take ownership and work independently as well as in a team
