We are looking for a PSP Account Manager to join a fast‑growing international fintech company with HQ in Warsaw. The company provides online payment solutions across 150+ countries and 100+ payment methods from bank cards and e‑wallets to crypto and local providers.
Responsibilities
- Daily communication with payment providers and agents.
- Monitoring and reconciling conversion rates, resolving issues with tariffs, limits, etc.
- Supporting operational activities, both internal and external.
- Managing all stages of PSP integration from onboarding to launch.
- Preparing reports and aligning plans with business requirements.
- Cross‑team collaboration (BD, Finance, Product, Legal, IT).
- Supporting merchant approval processes.
- Keeping PSP documentation and info up to date.
- Participating in regular calls with partners and internal teams.
Requirements
- Experience working with PSPs (Payment Service Providers) 1+ year is a strong plus.
- Understanding of payment conversion mechanics and ability to work with conversion metrics.
- Strong analytical skills, ability to extract insights from data.
- High level of responsibility and self‑organization.
- English: Upper‑Intermediate (B2) for daily international communication.
