Key Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to project teams to ensure efficient information workflow
• Planning and organizing project meetings
• Preparing project meetings minutes and follow up on action items.
• Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders in terms of actions and meetings scheduled

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a corporate or administrative role.
• Prior exposure to project environments is highly preferable.
• Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to connect with diverse audiences.
• Open-minded and eager to learn new skills, tools, and concepts.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
• Bright, enthusiastic attitude with a proactive and problem-solving mindset
