The Project Senior Specialist, Product Change role within Mondelēzs organizational structure is responsible for project managing business change initiatives – for example product innovation, pack change, quality, limited edition – from project initiation through to implementation & launch. This role is part of our Bakery category, which gives you a unique chance to work with brands such as Oreo, Milka, Delicje, Belvita, San Łakotki, Prince, etc.
This role interfaces extensively with Consumer Marketing, Customer Development/Business Planning, Finance, RD&Q, Quality, Legal, Consumer Insights and all functions within Global Supply Chain (Procurement, Artwork Agency, Manufacturing, Customer Service, and Logistics), to deliver projects within the specified time, cost and quality parameters.
As a Project Senior Specialist, you will have various exciting possibilities for growth within our company, both vertical and lateral. Your next potential role in the team could be Project Manager and, after that, Senior Project Manager. You will gain experience working with different departments, which gives you an amazing opportunity to learn about various parts of the company.
