We are currently seeking a skilled Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will lead a SAP ECC upgrade project in collaboration with our client, a global leader in healthcare known for its innovative medical products and services. The project involves key modules such as FI, SC, HR, and MM. Your tasks

• Oversee the entire SAP ECC upgrade project from initiation to completion
• Lead and coordinate a virtual team working across remote and hybrid setups
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project goals are clearly defined and met
• Ensure the project is delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
• Facilitate workshops, kick-off meetings, and other key project activities
• Provide regular updates on project progress to senior management and stakeholders

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager
• Proven experience in managing SAP upgrade projects (about 2 years)
• Fluency in English
• Ability to travel occasionally to Germany and Poland for workshops and meetings

• Fluency in German
• Availability for hybrid work in Warsaw
