What Youll Do
The position includes managing, leading and controlling cross-organizational B2B projects, characterizing and analyzing processes and managing risks and changes.
Responsibility for planning and monitoring the project from initiation trough the project life cycle and until its full implementation;
Responsibility for defining, distributing, tracking and delivering projects tasks and milestones on time
Oversee project execution and monitoring by tracking progress, adjusting plans as needed, and maintaining adherence to schedules.
Proactively identify potential risks, develop contingency plans, and manage issues to ensure smooth project execution.
Provide an update on project status and swiftly address any risks or issues.
Serve as the main point of contact for stakeholders, building strong relationships, facilitating meetings, and ensuring transparent and effective communication.
Responsibility for building strong relationships with our clients to understand their needs and ensure their success
Solve problems throughout project life cycle, balance the needs of both business and engineering team members
Working closely with Business, Marketing, Operations, Product, Design, Tech and scrum feature teams.
Working with large global customers and vendors on complex software projects
Willingness to work with different time zone hours (include US)
requirements-expected :
At least 3 years of experience as Project Manager from software international companies – must
Tech savvy – must
Customer facing experience – must
Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent- must
Familiarity with the gaming industry / sports betting industry - an advantage
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
Very stress resistant, prepared to work in a fast-paced environment with no strict processes
Excellent communication skills, including good verbal and written skills in English.
