Responsibilities include managing industrial client projects from planning to handover to the support team, ensuring the successful implementation of the software within the clients production environment.
This involves structured project and milestone planning, monitoring project progress and preparing status reports.
Other responsibilities include analysing and documenting client requirements, preparing meeting minutes and client specifications, and conducting workshops and training sessions for end users.
The role also involves providing comprehensive client consultancy, acting as the primary point of contact and independently managing client communication in English.

The position also involves representing project interests within the company, coordinating with the team and other departments, and aligning specific client requirements with the software development team when necessary.
Coordinate with client stakeholders (production managers, engineers, IT leads) to ensure project goals align with manufacturing processes and business needs.
requirements-expected :
A successfully completed university degree in an economic or technical field such as business informatics, applied computer science, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, or a comparable qualification.
Alternatively, completed vocational training in the IT field (e.g., IT specialist, IT systems administration specialist, or a similar profession).
In-depth knowledge of project management methods and relevant professional experience in project management.
Good knowledge of Windows operating systems and networks, as well as a keen interest in automation technology and Industry 4.0.
Very good English skills.
High degree of independence, sense of responsibility, and initiative.
Experience or understanding of factory processes is an asset
