Our expectations

• Approximately 2–5 years of experience in IT project management. 
• Management of small and medium-sized projects (e.g., up to PLN 200–500 thousand, teams of 3–10 people). 
• Experience in working with Agile methodologies – mandatory, especially Scrum. 
• Operational experience in JIRA/Confluence. 
• Higher education (IT or related fields welcome) 
• Delivery management – iterative, task-based, sprints. 
• Knowledge of English at least B2/C1 level.

• Experience in working in a software house, 
• Support in tendering or preparing simple quotations, 
• Participation in projects for external clients.
