Your responsibilities:

• Provide project management support for product and packaging innovation initiatives across all stages: concept development, feasibility, R&D, business case creation, and final approval
• Support project kick-offs and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment on scope, timelines, and objectives
• Coordinate and facilitate project meetings (kick-offs, status updates, lessons learned), ensuring clear communication of decisions and progress
• Monitor project execution, tracking deliverables, milestones, and deviations from plan using project management tools and reporting systems
• Identify risks, assess delays, and propose solutions to keep projects on track and meet deadlines
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, ensuring completeness of all required data and supporting materials
• Work closely with senior team members on day-to-day project activities and execution
• Conduct post-project reviews and integrate learnings into future initiatives to drive continuous improvement

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in project management, product innovation, or marketing (preferably within FMCG/CPG environments)
• Proven track record of managing innovation or new product development projects end-to-end
• Strong understanding of product and packaging innovation processes
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience with MarTech and workflow/project management tools (e.g., Adobe Workfront, Asana, Monday.com, Smartsheet, Power BI)
• Passion for innovation, with hands-on exposure to new product development cycles, innovation planning, and implementation
