ArcelorMittal BCOE is looking for a candidate for a position of Transformation Finance Project Lead Drive Efficiency: Enhance operational efficiency across Finance and Accounting processes, ensuring optimal performance and productivity. Conduct comprehensive process mapping of Finance and Accounting operations, identifying areas for improvement and establishing optimized workflows. Identify and deploy AI-driven solutions to enhance data analysis, reporting, and decision-making capabilities. Project Management: Manage transformation projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and achievement of project goals. Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align transformation initiatives with organizational objectives and client needs. The ideal candidate for the Transformation role in Finance & Accounting will possess 10-15 years of relevant experience, Demonstrating a deep understanding of SAP and the overall IT landscape for financial and accounting processes. They should have a proven track record in project management for driving transformation in Procure to Pay, Record to Report and Order to cash process Holding certifications such as Green Belt or Black Belt in Six Sigma, Lean, Project Management (PMP / Prince2) certification is desired A structured approach, analytical ability, and experience in driving operational transformations in finance & accounting domains are key to success in this role.
