Project Management Associate (Renewable Energy)
Your responsibilities
- Driving renewable energy project development from concept to financial close across international markets
- Analyzing market conditions, regulatory frameworks, and grid connection possibilities in target regions
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams including technical, legal, and financial experts to advance project portfolios
- Participating in the permitting and authorization processes with local authorities and relevant stakeholders
- Supporting due diligence processes and preparing documentation for potential investors and lenders
- Monitoring project development timelines and identifying potential risks and mitigation strategies
- Supporting the International Project Development Team and managers in planning and execution of business development initiatives
- Creating and delivering professional presentations and reports for both internal management and external partners
Our requirements
- Project Management skills with eagerness to learn and develop in a professional environment
- Min. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Environmental Science, Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Political Science, International Relations)
- Strong execution skills, attention to detail, and good time management skills
- Resourcefulness, organization skills, and adaptability to changing priorities
- Analytical thinking and research capabilities
- Familiarity with Excel, Google Suite, and PowerPoint
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Polish, French would be a great plus
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Interest in renewable energy and sustainability (prior experience is a plus but not required)
