Develop, test, and maintain software solutions using Progress 4GL, AS, ICT, and QRF.
Work with QAD ERP database architecture, including relational structures, indexing, and normalization.
Contribute to all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Collaborate effectively with business analysts and power users to gather and translate business requirements into technical specifications.
Manage Data interchange, “API Qxtend integration”.
Utilize Jira and other Atlassian tools for project management and task tracking.
Participate in team and independent projects, demonstrating flexibility in working collaboratively and autonomously.
Use version control repositories like GIT and CVC to manage and control code.

Minimum 4 years of experience with Progress / QAD systems.
Strong expertise in Progress 4GL, AS, ICT, and QRF.
In-depth understanding of QAD ERP database structures
Familiarity with common data interchange formats (EDIFACT, ANSI X.12, JSON, SAP IDoc).
Experience working across teams, demonstrating excellent communication skills to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical colleagues.
Knowledge of Jira and other Atlassian products is an advantage.
Proficiency with version control systems, especially GIT and CVC.
Proficiency in English is required.
Readiness to work a minimum of 2–3 days in the office.
Willingness to maintain flexibility in the work schedule, considering time zones other than CET.
Potential business travel of 10–20%, including international trips.
