Your Responsibilities
- Organize programs and activities in accordance with the organizations mission and objectives
- Develop a budget and operating plan for the program
- Manage a cross-functional team with a wide range of talents and responsibilities
- Ensure objectives are met in areas including customer satisfaction, safety, quality, and team member performance
- Implements and manages changes and improvements to ensure project objectives are achieved
- Ensure smooth communication and transparency between all stakeholders
- Create accurate and timely reports on program status throughout its lifecycle
- Manage the program budget
- Follow up on milestones agreed upon with the client
- Conduct internal meetings to monitor progress on all tasks
- Update activities in the project management system in order to present weekly and monthly results to management

Our Requirements
- Very good command of English
- Higher Technical education, preferred fields Mechanics and Machine Construction, Electrical Engineering, Production Management
- Very good knowledge of project management techniques
- Experience in project management in automotive industry
- Ability to define goals and risks for implementation
- Ability to work in multitasking mode
- Very good knowledge of MS-Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Organizational skills, ability to cooperate well with a team
- Excellent work organization and problem solving skills
- Communication skills
- Openness to challenges
- The ability to conduct audits (is welcome)
