Job Details:

1. Effective management of a team of up to 30 employees (monitoring work and providing substantive support to employees).
2. Collaboration with other departments to ensure continuity and efficiency of production processes, eliminate any irregularities, as well as support the launch of new products, technological processes, and implementation of changes.
3. Supervision of compliance with established quality and health & safety standards, work discipline, and productivity.
4. Initiating actions and implementing improvements aimed at enhancing and optimizing the production process in terms of safety, quality, and efficiency within the production department.
5. Ensuring the achievement of assigned KPIs.
6. Quality supervision of the process.
7. Participation in internal and external audits.
8. Supervision and management of production documentation.
9. Production reporting.

Candidates Profile:

1. Experience in managing a production team (minimum 3 years) in the metal industry.
2. Relevant education (technical, production management, or related fields).
3. Knowledge of production processes (metal industry) and management methods.
4. Very good command of MS Office (especially MS Excel).
5. Practical knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and ISO 9001/IATF 16949.
6. Independence and initiative in action.
7. Communicative level of English.
