As a Production Manager, you will be responsible for the entire manufacturing process, ensuring that our production goals in terms of quality, efficiency, and on-time delivery are met.
Strategic & Operational Responsibilities:
•Overall management and organization of production processes for upholstered furniture and box spring beds
•Ensuring optimal utilization of resources (materials, personnel, machines) to increase efficiency
•Planning and implementing improvement measures to enhance productivity and cost efficiency
•Establishing and implementing Lean Management principles to optimize processes and minimize waste
•Budget responsibility and cost control in the production area
Leadership & Personnel Management:
•Leading and developing the production team (team leaders, skilled workers, and production staff)
•Workforce planning and training to maximize employees’ potential
•Promoting a performance-driven company culture focused on quality, responsibility, and teamwork
Quality Management & Process Optimization:
•Monitoring and ensuring quality standards throughout the entire production process
•Introducing and reviewing KPIs to continuously measure and improve production performance and quality
•Analyzing and optimizing production processes to reduce lead times and lower costs
•Close collaboration with other departments (procurement, logistics, and complaints department) to improve processes and drive product innovation
Technical & Organizational Responsibilities:
•Ensuring optimal utilization of machines and production equipment
•Coordinating maintenance and servicing measures to prevent production downtime
•Contributing to the introduction of new technologies and production methods
