About The Role

Due to the launch of a new engineering project and the growth of our company, we are looking for individuals to join our team in Bydgoszcz as Production Engineer (Mechanical) for Johnson Pumps. The main task will be to support our marine product assembly lines, focusing on product data accuracy, engineering documentation, and continuous improvement of production processes. This role bridges technical design with real-world manufacturing by ensuring that the right information, standards, and support are provided to production teams.

About Your Responsibilities At SPX Flow

  • Maintain product data in SAP (MM, CA, CS modules) relevant to engineering.
  • Prepare and verify product configurations and technical documentation.
  • Support both standard and custom order processes from an engineering perspective.
  • Coordinate implementation of special engineering orders and projects.
  • Develop and maintain technical drawings and 3D models in cooperation with R&D.
  • Optimize and support production processes for improved efficiency and quality.
  • Control engineering changes and ensure correct documentation.
  • Apply internal quality and procedural standard
  • Facilitate cross-functional communication between engineering, production, and quality teams.

About You

  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in Inventor, Solid Edge, and Vault.
  • Experience with MS Office and ERP systems (preferably SAP).
  • Minimum B2 level proficiency in Polish and English.
  • Experience in an industrial or manufacturing engineering environment is an advantage.
  • Structured, detail-oriented working style with good communication skills.
