We are currently looking for a Production Engineer to join our team in the Dębica site.

Responsibilities:

• Provide Process Technology input to the development and implementation of programs to achieve best in class performance in safety and quality of products and service in the Plant and Division.
• Provide technical support for production, including problem solving.
• Control and analyze production data.
• Assist production roles for transfers and similar technologies as required.
• Identify cost reduction opportunities with improved equipment and systems.
• Standardize production process times.
• Participate in product development teams and maintain strong interaction with Technology, Business Manufacturing, and other functions.
• Lead and participate in the development of best-in-class processes and practices for plant and divisional applications. Implement global process engineering design for manufacturing standardization of new technologies.
• Support troubleshooting and repair of production equipment to improve efficiency and improve existing equipment control systems.
• Provide recommendations and work within teams to achieve continuous improvement for improved safety, quality, service, lower costs, and improved yields.
• Control employee attendance records in subordinate departments.
• Prepare summaries and reports for the production team.
• Control the production process, prepare reports, conduct administrative production services, and cooperate with the manager and team leaders.
• Assist in supervising the ongoing implementation of production tasks (in the production hall).
• Assist the Production Manager with current production activities.

Qualifications:

• Advanced English.
• Ability to plan and optimize production processes using Lean Manufacturing tools.
• Working knowledge of ATEX.
• Ability to cooperate in a team.
• Ability to organize group work.
• Very good knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Independence and responsibility in action.
