The key objective of this role is to support the implementation of the D365 ERP system and optimize processes based on analysis, design and improvement of production time and methods. Main tasks:

1. Active participation in the implementation of the ERP D365 system
2. Providing data and designing system architecture and information flow
3. Mapping of warehouse and production processes
4. Measuring and analysing standard times for individual processes, recommending and implementing improvements
5. Optimization of the assembly and production process
6. Researching the product and production methods, followed by designing and implementing improvements
7. Review of new technologies to improve efficiency/quality
8. Supporting production in solving complex problems
9. Analysing and recommending corrective solutions or improvements to ensure proper production flow

Our requirements

1. Higher technical education
2. Communicative knowledge of English
3. 2 years of experience in production engineering/methods in production environments, including Lean environment
4. Experience in ERP systems (ideally D365 environment)
5. Ability to use problem-solving tools: A3, 5WHY, Ishikawa, 8D
6. Ability to create flow diagrams for processes
7. IT skills and high proficiency in Microsoft Excel applications
8. Focus on continuous improvement
9. High interpersonal and communication skills
