Responsibilities:
• Manage and ensure the smooth operation of Production Engineering team.
• Supports external and internal clients in the area of Production Engineering.
• Ensures the work of subordinate employees in accordance with quality and environmental requirements, based on existing procedures and instructions.
• Monitors and improves production processes for products in series production.
• Provides support to Operation in solving problems in the production process.
• Ensures the work of subordinate employees in accordance with the principles of continuous improvement model
• Cooperates with other departments in problem solving and root cause analysis.
• Develops methods and procedures in the organization to increase productivity.
Personel Management:
• Manage employee performance:
• Coach employees and provide feedback with respect to work products produced and adherence to process.
• Conduct Performance Reviews and recommend salary increases, promotions, and recognitions.
• Shares knowledge, experience with co-workers and supports them in their work
• Identifies the development needs of subordinate employees in the scope of their tasks and function
• Plans, controls and is responsible for the proper and timely performance of assigned tasks and missions of subordinate employees.
• Improves the methods and forms of work of subordinate employees, identifies the development needs of subordinate employees.
Who are we looking for?
• Bachelor’s Degree (Master’s degree preferred) in engineering, engineering management
• A minimum of 3 years experience in similar role
• Demonstrated ability in project management to be able to track the delivery
• Must have the capability to make the difficult decisions
