Product Owner - FX platform/app
As product owner you will be responsible for:
- accompanying the business owner and group product owner in creation of the vision for development of FX platform;
- shaping up product strategy of vision realization in cooperation with business owner and Group Product Owner
- cooperation with head office (Vienna) and dedicated resources in network banks (CEE countries)
- creating and managing the product roadmap and product backlog
- prioritizing work so your team is always working on the most impactful tasks
- collaborating with multiple teams to get feedback from the field on new feature requirements and enhancements
- collaborating with Business analysts and UI/UX Team to prepare the designs and prototypes based on gathered requirements
- together with Business analysts integrating usability studies and research into product requirements
- thriving to achieve the optimal implementation of changes made to the product
- together with scrum master assuring reports on product / project performance
- analyzing market trends, and recommending areas for product development
- presenting new product features and benefits to internal groups and network banks
- together with business analysts defining and framing business requirements into actionable specifications for the development team
What do we expect?
- 3+ years’ experience working with web-based companies in a product management/ product owner role especially in FX products area
- experience in banking sector or capital markets
- knowledge of capital markets products, payments, PSD2
- proven experience working in Agile/Scrum
- commercial acumen, demonstrating a strong, creative approach with ability to articulate thoughts & solutions in a logical manner
- excellent command of English (c1 minimum)

Tasks / job description:
- responsibility for the vision of the application that shall be built:
- sharing the vision and product strategy with the scrum team;
- keeping the app in line with the business goals
- creating a product roadmap
- communication with stakeholders to understand and share business objectives
- Understanding of final user/ end customer needs, market, competition and future trends:
- understand and anticipate customer needs to manage the development process
- create customer journey map
- requirements prioritization:
- juggle scope and budget within the given timeframe (sprint) to prioritize requirements
- consider all stakeholders and customers needs
- prioritize the backlog for each sprint:
- contribute to the planning, execution and review of each sprint
- cooperate with team to refine/improve development process (constant learning)
- participate in daily scrums, sprint planning meetings, sprint reviews and retrospectives
