To ensure that our data registration supports the Global Quality, Health, Safety, Environment, and Energy (QHSE&E) processes from an end-to-end perspective, we are looking for a skilled Product Owner.

Your challenges

You will join a team of 5 dedicated and skilled colleagues in Global Quality Performance and System Management, and you will report directly to Jakob Blichert-Toft, Manager of Performance & System Management in Global QHSE&E. The key responsibility of this is to implement, coordinate and govern the use of quality registrations systems:

• SAP Screen Personas (SAP QM)
• Service Registration System (SRS)

Your main responsibilities

• Collect business needs and translate them into technical specifications
• Coordinate and prioritize the backlog of improvements
• Improve collaboration between factories and global IT systems
• Evaluate existing systems and provide recommendations for improvements
• Implement and roll out new features of the systems
• Collaborate with technical teams to upgrade and implement solutions
• Ensure that we are prepared for a future with automatic inspections and unique identifiers
• Serve as the primary contact between IT and Global QHSE&E

Your qualifications

As a person, you are known for your systematic and orderly approach, and you take pride in delivering high quality solutions within your area of responsibility while also being able to find the proper distribution between quality and speed. You enjoy interacting with colleagues and relevant stakeholders, and you are characterized by your structured and service-oriented personality, while also being able to step into character and guide the actions of others when needed. You will have the possibility to work in a global setting spanning VELUX companies around Europe.

Additionally, you bring:

• Vast experience in working with registration systems/data collection systems, preferably in a production area
• Strong understanding of the interlink between Quality Assurance and Technology
• Strong data analytics background with a demonstrated ability to translate business needs into creative and engaging system solutions
• Working knowledge of SAP-QM module is preferred
• Excellent communication skills: ability to communicate proactively, propose solutions, and focus on problem-solving
• Strong coordination and prioritizing skills
• Proficiency in English – both verbal and written
