,[Lead the Financial Analytics team in delivering automated and scalable reporting solutions in areas of: Trading and Dealing, Compliance and AML, Finance., Regularly review existing processes to identify optimisation opportunities and reduce manual work., Ensure regulatory deadlines are met with accurate, auditable outputs., Collaborate closely with Data Engineering, Compliance, Risk, Finance, and other Technology teams to align on data needs and system integration., Own the roadmap for reporting automation with a focus on reducing manual processes and increasing reliability., Proactively monitor and plan for source system changes and new product launches, ensuring timely adaptation of data pipelines and reporting processes., Contribute to the overall data strategy within the company and represent the team in cross-functional initiatives.
