Job Summary:



As a Product Owner focused on automation and integrations, you will play a pivotal role in driving enhancements that improve user experience and operational efficiency. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements, prioritize features, and deliver high-quality solutions that meet customer needs.



Key Responsibilities:



  1. Define and communicate the product roadmap for automation and integrations.
  2. Gather and prioritize product requirements by collaborating with stakeholders, customers, and internal teams.
  3. Work closely with engineering, UX/UI, and QA teams to ensure timely delivery of features.
  4. Analyze market trends and customer feedback to guide product strategy.
  5. Develop user stories, acceptance criteria, and product documentation to support development efforts.
  6. Serve as the voice of the customer within the organization, advocating for their needs and preferences.
  7. Monitor product performance and gather user feedback to identify areas for improvement and innovation.
  8. Facilitate agile ceremonies and ensure alignment with development best practices.

Requirements:



Education and Experience:



  1. Degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science or a related field.
  2. 3+ years proven experience as a product owner, preferably within SaaS or technology-focused industries.

Skills and Competencies:



  1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  2. Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from data and user feedback, as well as applying technology to our industry.
  3. Understanding and usage of technology, software development lifecycle and integration modalities.
  4. Strong problem solving, attention to detail and analytical skills with the ability to creatively apply technology to the industry.
  5. Excellent project management and organizational abilities.
  6. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  7. Nice to have fashion: fashion industry background / experience.
