We are looking for a highly skilled Product Manager / Business Analyst with deep expertise in the Payments Domain to join our dynamic team. You will play a key role in the development, rollout, and piloting of innovative retail and digital payment products across Europe, working closely with both the Product Development and Product Rollout Teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop implementation specifications for prioritized use cases
- Design security standards framework for payment use cases
- Develop authentication solutions for payment systems
- Conduct competition analysis and assess market dynamics and PSP roles
- Draft user requirements for front-end interfaces and payment applications
- Lead UX research for individual and business end-users
- Plan and execute piloting strategies and rollout preparationCoordinate PSP onboarding and support launch strategies
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of experience in retail or digital payment product development or management, preferably on a pan-European scale
- At least 4 years of experience drafting reports and recommendations for senior management and external stakeholders
- Experience in business model planning particularly in retail payments
- Proven ability to build consensus among diverse groups on complex issues
- Strong communication skills with stakeholders at all levels
- Excellent analytical skills and problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines
- Exceptional drafting skills, especially for notes and reports
- Ability to condense complex topics for senior management communication
- Strong knowledge of payment-related security standards and industry implementations
- Minimum 2 years of experience in drafting technical specifications for payment projects
