At DAC.digital , we are constantly growing our business. As part of our growth strategy, we are strengthening our strategic partnership with a leading AI operating system provider.

Key information:

Salary: 19 000 – 23 500 PLN net/month – pure B2B contract

Working hours: 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM (Polish time / CET) remaining 4 hours flexible

It is vital that you have:

  • fluency in English (min. C1);

  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Designer, UI/UX Designer, or similar role;

  • strong proficiency in Figma (components, auto-layout, prototyping, libraries);

  • experience working with or maintaining design systems;

  • good understanding of user-centered design principles and accessibility standards;

  • ability to turn complex concepts into simple, elegant solutions;

  • experience designing interfaces for AI tools, ML applications, or prompt-based systems;

  • strong experience working with Jira for project tracking, sprint management, and agile workflow optimization;

  • strong experience using Tableau, Power BI, or Looker Studio

  • working in agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban);

  • high communication skills;

  • eager to learn and share knowledge;

  • willing to travel if necessary (conferences, coworking events, etc.).

Nice to have:

  • familiarity with front-end technologies (React, Tailwind, etc.) to better communicate with developers;

  • motion design or micro-interaction skills (e.g., using After Effects, Lottie, or Framer Motion);

  • experience working in an agile or fast-paced startup environment.

You will be responsible for supporting our team in:

  • design intuitive and visually engaging user interfaces for AI-powered applications and prototypes;

  • apply design system principles to ensure consistency and scalability across multiple products;

  • create and maintain reusable UI components, design patterns, and documentation;

  • collaborate closely with engineers, product managers, and AI specialists to translate ideas into functional designs;

  • participate in the full design process – from concept and user flows to final high-fidelity prototypes;

  • contribute to the overall design direction, providing insights and feedback to enhance UX and usability.
