This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a startup environment and can take ownership of the entire UI/UX area, from strategy to execution. As a key contributor to our product development process, you’ll collaborate closely with our Business Analyst, CTO, and other stakeholders to design intuitive, user-centered solutions. You’ll also support other departments like Marketing or Visionapartments IT as needed.

responsibilities :
Product Design & User Experience
- Own the end-to-end design process for our products, primarily for Acomodeo, ensuring seamless user experiences and visually engaging interfaces.
- Collaborate with both Business and IT departments to gather and define requirements, translating them into wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
- Lead usability testing sessions and incorporate user feedback to refine designs.
Strategic Collaboration
- Work closely with the Business Analyst to refine and structure product requirements.
- Partner with the CTO to prioritize features and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Act as the design lead during development cycles, ensuring smooth handoffs to developers and adherence to design specifications.
Quality Assurance & Testing
- Play an active role in quality assurance by testing product features and identifying UX/UI inconsistencies or usability issues.
- Collaborate with QA teams to ensure the final product meets user and design expectations.
Cross-Departmental Support
- Provide design support for other group activities, including marketing campaigns, branding, and internal IT solutions like VMS
Design Leadership
- Be a one-person powerhouse for all UI/UX needs, balancing hands-on execution with a strategic approach to design and experiences challenges.
- Establish and maintain a scalable design framework and contribute to the development of a design system.
- Stay updated on industry trends to continuously improve our design standards and processes.

Must-Have Skills & Experience
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Product Designer/UX UI Designer, ideally within a software or startup environment.
- Strong expertise in UI/UX design tools like Figma or Sketch.
- English knowledge min. C1
- Proven experience in defining and managing end-to-end design processes, from ideation to implementation.
- A solid portfolio demonstrating proficiency in user-centered design for web and mobile applications.
- Hands-on experience in user research, usability testing, and data-driven design.
Soft Skills
- Highly proactive, hands-on, and solution-oriented.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to present design ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Adaptable to shifting priorities and capable of wearing multiple hats when needed.
