Join us as a Product Designer (UX/UI)!
responsibilities :
Partnering with cross-functional stakeholders, including product managers, product owners, software developers, to align design initiatives with business objectives and user needs: gathering requirements, feasibility validation, desk research.
Following the end-to-end product design process, from conceptualization to implementation, ensuring that our products deliver intuitive, user-centric experiences: being here from the very beginning until the implementation, delivering user flows, information architecture, and final UI.
Working closely with our research, UX, UI and product writing teams to synthesize user insights and translate them into actionable design solutions that are consistent across web and mobile touchpoints.
Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UX/UI design.
requirements-expected :
Proven experience as a Product Designer (UX/UI), with a track record of successfully leading projects requiring both UX and UI expertise, and delivering impactful digital products, documented in a portfolio.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and rationale to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, and to obtain business and technical requirements.
Experience of working with Design Systems, proficiency in Figma.
Strong visual design skills with attention to detail in typography, color and layout.
Ability to leverage user insights to inform design decisions and drive product innovation.
Knowledge of English is mandatory (at least on the B2 level).
