Technologies-expected : Figma Jira responsibilities : Collaborate with the Product Design team to produce wireframes, prototypes, mockups, and user flows that align with the projects objectives Establish and assure the information architecture to provide an excellent user experience Conduct research and analyse user feedback to improve the design and user experience of the web application Contribute and co-develop the Design System Work with Business Process specialists to understand business requirements and translate them into design solutions Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve the quality of the design Work with developers to ensure that the design is implemented accurately requirements-expected : 3+ years of experience (or equivalent) in a UX/UI design or product design role proved by portfolio Experience in working on Responsive Design B2+/C1 English Knowledge of web design principles and best practices Practical skills in using or co-creating Design Systems Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Hotjar, Miro, Jira Ownership for big and complex parts of application development Good communication and analytical skills, openness and ability to work in a cross-functional team benefits : sharing the costs of sports activities private medical care sharing the costs of foreign language classes sharing the costs of professional training & courses life insurance fruits corporate products and services at discounted prices integration events corporate sports team no dress code parking space for employees employee referral program
