Procurement Specialist, working with French language

Key responsibilities:
- Processing changes and price sheets
- Preparing quotes for business client needs
- Creating training programs and other instructions, for the needs of the position
- Collaborating with the sales team
- Collaborating with other process personnel
- Handling instant messaging chat, phone, email, teams
- Suggesting process improvements to the company
- Cooperation with other people in the company/department
Requirements:
- English: level b2 and French: level c1 - minimum level
- Availability to work full time
- Education in the field and directional training, will be an added advantage
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position
- Experience in working with Salesforce system
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and Word
- Good communication and analytical skills
