Responsibilities:

• Market analysis - researching suppliers by product types and production technologies
• Building and maintaining long-term partnerships with suppliers
• Negotiating contracts and prices, and ensuring the quality of deliveries
• Controlling procurement costs
• Implementing cost-saving measures with suppliers
• Taking part in the process of migration, stabilization and improvements

Requirements:

• Previous experience of similar responsibilities, preferably in an international environment
• Very good English, German and Polish (at least B2)
• Nice to have commercial education for buying preferable in technical environment
• Strong negotiation skills and analytical mind
• Good understanding of market dynamics and sound business judgment
