Overview

Join ABB Robotics as the Procure‑to‑Pay (P2P) Process Lead and drive the invoice‑to‑pay (I2P) sub‑process across the Robotics division. In this role you will design future features, ensure governance, maintain compliance and automate the I2P workflow.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and optimize the I2P sub‑process, integrating risk management and license‑to‑operate requirements.
• Develop and maintain I2P policies and procedures.
• Represent Robotics I2P and collaborate with the P2P GPO organization and other functions to address I2P topics.
• Analyze process data to identify opportunities for improvement, cost savings and enhanced efficiency.
• Build the I2P internal network among stakeholders in procurement, finance and other functions.
• Monitor key I2P KPIs and metrics, report findings to management and follow‑up to achieve targets.
• Act as a change agent by delivering I2P change‑management initiatives and modeling expected behaviors.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in accounts payable or P2P compliance, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, business administration, accounting or a related field.
• In‑depth knowledge of P2P processes and technology enablers such as RPA, AI‑enabled invoice processing, e‑invoicing and emerging payment technologies.
• Proficient in SAP ERP and data‑analysis tools.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt, or strong data‑analytics skills and a track record of delivered results.
• Knowledge of finance shared‑services operations.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑moving environment.
• Solid project‑management skills; able to lead projects and deliver on schedule and budget.
• Strong networking and influencing skills; drive simplification and change.
• Excellent communication; present and report activities clearly across all stakeholder levels.
• Strong problem‑solving and root‑cause analysis skills.
• Preferred: certification in finance or compliance.
