We are seeking a seasoned R2R Process Expert with French to manage and execute end-to-end Record to Report operations with precision and control. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in revenue recognition, doubtful debt accruals, and fixed asset accounting. Accuracy, compliance, and timeliness are critical in this role.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in R2R processes
• Strong knowledge of revenue recognition per accounting standards
• Experience with doubtful debt accruals (critical responsibility)
• Proficiency in fixed asset accounting, depreciation, cost accruals, and payroll entries
• Familiarity with intercompany reconciliations
• Solid SAP or ERP system experience
• Fluency in English and French (minimum B2)
• Strong attention to detail, communication, and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities:

• Execute full-cycle R2R activities in line with compliance and internal controls
• Post journal entries including payroll, cost accruals, and doubtful debt reserves
• Manage fixed assets and depreciation
• Perform accurate revenue recognition in accordance with accounting rules
• Handle intercompany transactions and reconciliations
• Support monthly and yearly closing processes
• Prepare balance sheet and P&L statements using consolidation tools
• Maintain accurate, complete, and audit-ready project documentation
