We are seeking a highly experienced and genuinely strategic Principal Technical Recruiter to join our team in Kraków, Poland. This is a critical, high-impact role that goes beyond transactional hiring. You will act as a true business partner, leveraging your deep expertise to influence and drive our talent acquisition strategy within the technology sector and wider business operations.

We are looking for a professional with the gravitas and proven ability to operate at a senior level, ideally bringing a background in international or global recruitment environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Business Partnership: Embed yourself within the leadership and hiring teams in Kraków to understand the long-term goals, workforce planning needs, and culture. Proactively influence hiring strategies rather than simply fulfilling requests.
  • Full-Cycle Recruitment: Lead and execute complex, senior-level and niche searches across various technical domains, managing the entire recruitment lifecycle from initial brief to offer negotiation and closing.
  • Global Sourcing & Market Expertise: Utilise your knowledge of global or multi-market talent pools to identify, engage, and attract top-tier candidates, specifically focusing on building pipelines for critical roles.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain credible, trust‑based relationships with senior business leaders. You must possess exceptionally strong stakeholder management skills to align recruitment outcomes with business priorities.
  • Process Excellence & Innovation: Continuously evaluate and refine recruitment processes, ensuring a world‑class candidate and hiring manager experience. Introduce innovative sourcing and recruitment methodologies.
  • Mentorship & Guidance: Act as a subject matter expert and mentor to other recruiters and team members, sharing best practices in senior-level search and strategic partnership.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Senior or Principal-level Recruiter in a fast-paced, complex organisation.
  • A track record of success operating in an international or global recruitment capacity, demonstrating experience beyond a single domestic market.
  • Demonstrable experience of being a genuinely strategic business partner, capable of influencing and advising business leaders on talent strategy.
  • Exceptional gravitas and communication skills, enabling effective engagement with senior executives and high‑calibre candidates.
  • Willingness to commit to a regular office presence (at least once per week) in our Kraków location to facilitate effective business partnership.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken) is essential.

Nice to Have

  • Direct experience recruiting for IT/Technology roles. While not essential, it would be a significant advantage.
  • Experience establishing or scaling recruitment functions/strategies in a new region.
