Beyond the typical skillset expected of consultants, we are interested in individuals with a genuine creative flair. Key Responsibilities of a Consultant

- As a Consultant, you will support workstreams on monetization projects for clients in the Software, SaaS, Banking, Telecommunications, and e-commerce sectors, with contributions including:

  • Designing, executing, and presenting analyses to reveal critical insights that inform pricing/value/strategy recommendations;
  • Modeling the impact and assessing the risk of project recommendations;
  • Designing and conducting market research efforts to identify crucial value drivers, unmet needs, purchasing preferences, and willingness-to-pay;
  • Collaborating as part of a team to create and deliver persuasive and compelling presentations that communicate the case for change, insights, and recommendations to senior client executives;

- Contributing to the development and dissemination of cutting-edge content on monetization and pricing topics, including practice documents, whitepapers, articles, webinars, and presentations;

- Contributing to the growth of Valueships as a new consulting brand and business;

Core Skills

Consultants at Valueships exhibit strong skills in the following areas:

  • Creative conceptual problem-solving, including the ability to break down complex problems into manageable components;
  • Analytics, with the capability to design and execute analyses to address specific questions;
  • Ability to structure problems and solve them rigorously; all consulting concepts are handy (MECE, Pyramid principle, etc.)
  • Effective spoken communication and presentation skills;
  • Proficient written communication skills, including the creation of compelling PowerPoint presentations;
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint. Familiarity with advanced analytical tools such as PowerBI, Tableau

  • A masters degree; were okay with a bachelors for more junior roles, but we love people engaging in scientific work or pursuing postgraduate titles
  • 3-5 years of relevant consulting experience would be great
  • Enthusiasm for pricing and monetization is essential; direct professional experience or training in pricing is a valuable asset; in other words, we will teach you pricing on more junior roles and reward you well if you already know the domain;
  • Able to meet travel requirements (only for a particular purpose); we usually dont do travel and work remotely;
  • We need people with fluency in English (minimum C1) and Polish.

What do we offer?

  • Salary based on experience:

o Mid Consultant UoP 7 500 zł - 10 000 zł gross;

o Mid Consultant B2B 8 500 zł - 11 000 zł net;

o Senior Consultant UoP 9 000 zł - 13 000 zł gross;

o Senior Consultant B2B 10 000 zł - 14 000 zł gross;

  • Bonus plans;
  • Potential to become a Partner at Valueships and own a part of our company;
  • Flexible choice of employment form - employment contract or B2B contract;
  • We work primarily remotely, but we happen to organize an office day at our headquarters in Wrocław - you decide what is better for you;
  • We take care of the development of our team members; if you are interested in a course or postgraduate studies, Valueships will support you financially;
