Develop, implement, and refine pricing strategies to maximize revenue and market share.
Prepare detailed reports and presentations for the management team, outlining pricing strategies and their impact on business performance.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of pricing strategies, adjusting them as needed to meet goals.
Conduct market analysis to understand competitor pricing, market trends, and customer preferences.
Keen interest in automatization leveraging AI and other technological advancements.
Use data-driven insights, including sales, cost, and market research, to inform pricing decisions.
Manage an international team of four local pricing analysts (based in Poland, Spain, and the Netherlands), ensuring effective coordination and performance across regions.
Our requirements
A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in pricing management, preferably in industries such as automotive, pharmaceuticals, construction, FMCG, or any sector with a multi-level distribution model.
A Master’s degree is preferred, not necessarily in economics or finance, but a solid understanding of pricing’s impact on finance is required.
Proficiency in English (minimum B2 level, both written and spoken).
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
An interest in leveraging AI and other technological advancements to automate processes.
Proficiency in MS Excel; knowledge of BI and Power BI is a plus.
Openness to work hybrid - 3 days office, 2 days home office.
