About the role:

The Pricing Analyst does the price setting of a specific product range for our customers. Additionally, the Pricing Analyst challenges margins with the respective account managers. The Pricing Analyst works under the responsibility of the Pricing Manager.

Key responsibilities:

  1. Responsible for the price setting of a specific product range
  2. Support (and conduct) price and margin negotiations with respective account managers based on margin parameters (SAP)
  3. Be in charge of making price quotes, booking contracts, and administration of the contract portfolio
  4. Prepare all input for the creation of new price lists (SAP)
  5. Follow intraday market movements to monitor open price offers
  6. Be responsible for maintaining the raw material prices in SAP and conduct price simulations for new product introductions
  7. Coordinate with BC internal stakeholders to gather cost information where needed
  8. Coordinate with BC internal stakeholders to ensure a timely RM and FX hedging operation
  9. Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports and analysis
  10. Maintain and update pricing documentation
  11. Support pricing projects on an ad-hoc basis
  12. Join weekly or monthly team calls with the wider pricing team

About you:

  1. Bachelor / Master Degree in Finance or (Applied) Economics
  2. Minimum 2 years of experience in Pricing or Commercial role(s)
  3. Advanced Excel skills
  4. PowerPoint, SAP & Salesforce knowledge are a plus but not required
  5. Fluent in English
  6. Analytical, critical mindset, eye for detail, proactive, autonomous
