Optimization of work processes; ensure order and cleanliness; avoidance of downtimes (machine) and waiting times (personnel).
Responsibility for quantity and quality.
Collaboration on projects and plant procurement.
Cost center responsibility (cost planning and expense monitoring).
Coordination and hands-on at changeover, workplace preparation (e.g., parts supply), including further development specifications and documentation; release/documentation of the workstation.
Troubleshooting and coordination of rework.
Material and activity postings in IT System PPS (for example, production orders).
Execution of maintenance activities and implementation of preventive maintenance; coordination of spare parts for tools and fixtures; systematic tool management, preparation, and maintenance of tools and fixtures.
Education:
Engineer, technician, or master craftsman (manufacturing technology, production technology) with professional experience in an adequate technical profession.
Experience in metalworking, machining, stainless steel.
Knowledge of welding, soldering, assembly technologies.
Training as a welding specialist is advantageous.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
CAD knowledge is advantageous.
Good English or German skills.
