We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Power BI Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in data analytics, proficiency in SQL and DAX Query, an understanding of financial and operational business metrics, and excellent communication skills in English. As a Power BI Developer, you will play a critical role in transforming prepared data sets into compelling visual insights, facilitating data-driven decision-making through effective storytelling and adherence to visualization best practices.
responsibilities :
Develop and Maintain Reports: Create and maintain interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI, translating complex data from multiple sources into clear and actionable visualizations.
Work with the Data Engineering team in ensuring you get the data in the structure and format most useful for your reports.
Implement visualization best practices to enhance user engagement and comprehension, ensuring that reports and dashboards are intuitive and easy to use.
Conduct thorough testing and validation of reports and dashboards to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
Manage reports user access and taking care of on-going current maintenance tasks.
requirements-expected :
At least 2-3 years of experience in Power BI.
Understanding DAX query language: Proficient in writing DAX formulas and M Queries for data manipulation and transformation.
Understanding data modeling “pillars” like facts, dimensions, relations, modeling schemas
At least basic SQL knowledge.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets, identify trends, and generate insights.
Communication Skills: Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
