responsibilities :
Developing Power Platform solutions from initial data and requirements analysis to final deployment.
Designing scalable, container-based user interfaces in Canvas Apps or views in Model-Driven Apps.
Converting business logic into Power Automate flows or Logic Apps.
Planning ERD database schemas for SharePoint or Dataverse solutions and implementing security models.
Conducting peer code reviews and optimizing existing solutions in challenging scenarios.
Collaborating with a development team of 3-6 people on small to medium-scale projects.
requirements-expected :
Minimum of 2-3 years of hands-on experience in creating Power Platform solutions, including Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven Apps), Power Automate, or Logic Apps.
Self-motivated with a drive to build high-quality solutions and clean code.
Proficiency in working with Dataverse, SharePoint, and SQL.
Knowledge of Power Platform, CI/CD pipelines (DevOps or GitHub Actions).
Highly developed analytical and communication skills.
Fluency in English and Polish, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
