Overview
As a Commissioning Engineer at JBT Marel Meat you implement the software at our customers and you are actively involved in commissioning our installations. You propose solutions to problems to achieve optimal commissioning and provide associated installation instructions and training to the customers employees. You stay up to date with the latest developments in mechanical, electrical engineering and automation.
What Youll Be Doing
- Testing and commissioning delivered installations at customers locations under the supervision of the Site Supervisor and with mechanical and electrical colleagues.
- Training operators and technical service staff.
- Assisting with the Site Acceptance Tests.
- Reporting the status and progress of projects to the project team and manager.
- Working on a wide variety of projects, both nationally and internationally.
- Getting acquainted with the latest developments and innovations in Electrical Engineering and Automation.

- Have experience in a similar position.
- Knowledge of Siemens S7 and/or TIA Portal.
- Command of the English language (other languages are an advantage).
- Willing to travel regularly and work abroad (~75% of the time).
