We are seeking a skilled and motivated Platform Architect to join our team in creating software for the fuel/retail industry. In this role, you will shape architecture for critical business processes, working on experiences like Product & Services Sales or Customer Attraction & Retention. Youll collaborate with cross-functional teams, external vendors, and other architects to design end-to-end solutions that align with the larger platform strategy.
responsibilities :
Design and refine architecture for business processes across the platform and orchestration layers, ensuring they meet specific business case requirements
Collaborate with Solution and Platform Architects to ensure proper integration of solutions within the end-to-end architecture
Understand the architecture of the broader company’s ecosystem and consult with senior architects to ensure solutions fit across different components
Align with Application Architects to ensure the platform supports business process needs and build or modify services as required for platform expansion
Influence the evolution of the platform and propose architectural blueprints in line with general architectural principles
Contribute to setting architectural standards and guardrails within the Center of Excellence (COE) and ensure adherence to these standards
Communicate architectural guidelines to internal teams and external vendors
Actively participate in defining and maintaining quality attributes in line with Non-Functional Requirements (NFRs)
requirements-expected :
At least 8 years of IT experience, both as an Architect and Software Engineer
Strong knowledge of Microservices Architecture and Domain Driven Design
Experience with Java and Spring
Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, e.g. Sonar, GitHub
Experience with AWS or Azure cloud environments
Excellent analytical, organizational, and technical skills
Ability to assess the financial impact of solution architecture alternatives
Fluency both in Polish and English - at least C1
