Ping SSO Identity & Access Management Support

Ping SSO Identity & Access Management Support is a role at HCLTech that leverages expertise in Ping Federate, Ping Access, Ping ID, and Ping Directory to design, implement, and support SSO solutions across enterprise applications.

Must Have Skills

• Implementation and support experience in Ping Federate/Ping Access/Ping ID and Ping directory.
• Hands‑on experience in Ping architecture design and implementation.
• Experience with MFA, B2B & B2C user flow.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with global counterparts.
• Knowledge of security protocols like SAML, O‑auth, OIDC, WS Federation, WS‑Trust.
• Knowledge of SSL certificates, encryption/decryption, signing certificates.
• Experience with various IDP and SP use cases for deployment of SaaS & on‑premises applications.
• Understanding of how to enable single sign‑on in a heterogeneous IT environment.
• Experience with Ping Directory, synchronization and LDAP.
• Active role in project execution and demonstration of strong technical skills.
• Strong team player.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of strong Ping SSO experience.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Customer‑facing exposure is a must.
• Open to travel requirements.
