We are currently looking for an experienced Performance Tester to join our team for an exciting project in the Aviation Industry.
As a Performance Tester, you will play a key role in ensuring the stability, scalability, and responsiveness of a high-data aviation system. Your primary responsibility will be to conduct various performance tests to assess system limits and to provide insights on data injection capacities and system throughput under different conditions.

Design, execute, and manage performance testing strategies, including stress tests, load tests, and throughput tests
Collaborate with development and engineering teams to define system requirements and identify performance benchmarks
Conduct capacity planning to determine system capabilities under varying data volumes and traffic loads
Develop and maintain test scripts to simulate real-world scenarios and large-scale data injections
Analyze performance data, generate detailed reports, and present findings to technical and business stakeholders
Identify bottlenecks, potential failures, and suggest solutions to enhance system performance
Ensure adherence to best practices in performance testing and documentation
requirements-expected :
Proven experience as a Performance Tester or similar role in high-data or complex systems, ideally within aviation or a related field
Strong knowledge of performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner, Gatling)
Familiarity with monitoring and profiling tools for analyzing system behavior under load
Expertise in test automation and scripting (Python, JavaScript, or similar)
Understanding of data throughput, latency, and load balancing concepts
Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret performance data for actionable insights
Strong communication skills and the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams
