You will own and maintain Performance Test baselines for all application stacks and report on deviations on a release-by-release basis
You will collaborate with clients and technical teams to create performance test strategies including approach, tooling based on clearly defined non-functional requirements
You will assume the planning and execution of performance test cycles, working with delivery and technical teams to identify improvements that will ensure applications meet performance requirements
You will guide a performance test team by managing their work on a day-to-day basis always keeping stakeholders and technical teams up to date on progress
You will be able to implement and maintain performance testing platforms/frameworks
requirements-expected :
Understanding of the application & architecture in detail to establish baselines/benchmark metrics of the mixed OnPrem and Cloud platforms
Proven ability to work independently and be self supportive
Strong English verbal and written communication skills
A proven ability to query logs, diagnose and correct issues with infrastructure and config
Extensive practical experience with JMETER, C# and Java
Previous AWS experience (EC2 / RDS / S3 / IAM)
Strong hands-on experience on API Testing (REST/SOAP via Postman and SoapUI)
