Collaborate with GBS management to establish KPIs, baselines, targets, balanced scorecards, and performance reporting in line with business objectives.
Regularly review and update metrics and targets with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business priorities.
Data Visualization and Reporting
Build data models and performance dashboards using BI tools (e.g., Power BI, SAP Analytics Cloud).
Maintain and improve performance dashboards and reporting systems.
Analyze data to identify performance gaps and recommend actions.
Design business review templates and present insights to management using data storytelling.
Suggest process improvements and collaborate with teams to address performance issues.
Provide insights to executives for strategy and business planning.
Continuous Improvement & Transformation
Work with IT and delivery teams to streamline and automate GBS reporting systems.
Apply best practices in data engineering to ensure efficient reporting architecture.
Conduct performance audits to ensure data integrity and resolve discrepancies.

Lead trainings and workshops on performance, reporting, and analytics.

requirements-expected :
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
5+ years in performance metrics, reporting, and analytics (Business Intelligence), including KPI setting, data modeling, and visualization
Proficient in MS Excel and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, SAP Analytics Cloud)
Familiar with P2P, R2R, O2C processes in shared services or BPO environments
Experience working with IT to provide business and technical requirements for data warehousing and automation
Ability to create prototypes, combining business insight with strong technical aptitude
Fluent in English (written and spoken); local language optional
Experience with ServiceNow (Preferred)
Knowledge in HRSS, Supply Chain, Legal, Marketing, or Sales processes (Preferred)
