Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end Italian payroll processes (pre- and post-payroll), including data validation, reconciliations, tax filings, and reporting
- Maintain employee data and support Hire-to-Retire processes in SAP/ERP systems
- Monitor Time & Attendance, handle employee queries, and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure smooth payroll operations
- Prepare reports, support audits, and ensure compliance with SLAs and KPIs
- Provide HR administrative support and contribute to ongoing HR processes and projects
Requirements:- 3-5+ years of Italian payroll experience (end-to-end), with strong knowledge of Italian regulations and T&A processes
- Fluent Italian and communicative English
- Experience with SAP (mandatory) and good command of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint); ADP knowledge is a plus
- Detail-oriented, process-driven, and well-organized professional with strong stakeholder management skills
